Helen AI provides access to AI applications, digital products, educational courses, and developer contracting services. By accessing the site at helenai.org or the application at app.helenai.org, you agree to these terms.
2. Role Portals & Accounts
You may register as a User, App Owner, Seller, Tutor, or Developer. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.
3. Marketplace & App Publishing
Sellers and App Owners retain intellectual property rights to their uploaded materials while granting Helen AI the license necessary to distribute and host their products to end users.
4. Developer Contracting
Developer contracts and bounties arranged on Developer's Hunt are subject to agreed project briefs, milestone acceptance, and secure payment handling.
